1. Stripperella – Now, I hate to criticize anything created by Marvel Comics guru Stan Lee. The man co-created Spider-Man and the Hulk, among about a thousand others – that should be lifetime pass. And a terrible idea that he developed in his 80s doesn’t take away from what he’s done, but the 2003 animated series about a crimefighting stripper (voiced by Pamela Anderson) was beyond bad. We’re going to be charitable and assume that the concept came from somebody else entirely and Stan “The Man” just rubber-stamped it. Because there’s no way that the man who wrote the Galactus Trilogy sat down and brainstormed this mess.
You know what might have made Ghettoman even more offensive? If he’d had a partner named Warsaw Ghetto Man and his super power was sending back soup in a deli or something. I can’t believe that even existed!
