People who complain about the pacing on this season of Heroes have clearly forgotten Season One. Don’t you remember how the first few episodes were packed full of lengthy conversations between Simone and Isaac, and Peter insisting he could fly? It takes time to build up to a battle between exploding men, you know?
Whenever I talk to somebody who doesn’t watch 30 Rock, I just want to sit down with them and try to figure out what’s wrong. These people walk unescorted among you and me, yet they have this problem. Many of them even look like regular, healthy people; and yet, they have no idea what ‘Werewolf Bar Mitzvah” means. Those poor, lost souls.
