Donnie Wahlberg was the defacto master of ceremonies, speaking the most between songs and basically being a ringleader. In one section where the guys ventured out onto a smaller round stage with only a piano that was located near the back of the floor seats, a woman actually tossed a bra onstage. Donnie wore it over his shoulder for the remainder of the song “Tonight” (a Beatles-esque wink at the group’s high points) and then left it behind on the baby grand. He also had a solo moment of his own on the song “Cover Girl” which he rearranged to play up the guitar parts and make it more rock than pop. It was a clever way to make an almost 20 year old pop confection relevant.
