The Crowded Snowglobe

That aside, there’s something troubling about that finale. It’s one thing to say that St. Elsewhere happened inside a snowglobe, but that show crossed over with both Cheers and Homicide: Life on the Street. Cheers, of course, spun off Frasier, a frequent victim of NBC’s late 90’s crossover obsession. And Homicide saw the introduction of Richard Belzer’s John Munch. Belzer holds the distinction for playing the same character on more different series than any other actor. Suddenly, there’s a lot going on in that snowglobe.
