Celebrity Apprentice Season 3, Episode 2 “Discombooberated”

Night falls on Rock Solid, as they work out some specifics of the presentation. It seems like Sinbad really needs people to remind him of the actual nuts-and-bolts. To me, that doesn’t make him a bad leader – that’s why people delegate. That’s why Sinbad keeps Rob Thomas of Matchbox 20 around! (Yes, I’m going to reference his appearance on It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia every chance I get. And I will not have many more chances. Oh, uh, SPOILER WARNING.) We head into a crazy area where Blagojevich decides the room needs balloons, and he wonders if anybody wants to explore that with him. It’s amazing how he just gloms onto the balloon idea. Dude loves balloons! Sinbad tells him “Don’t explore it – just do it.” Hee. I think he’s more comfortable forming an exploratory committee on the feasibility of inflatable decorations than with actually going to the balloon store. (And by that I mean a store that sells balloons, and not a store that is, in itself, inflatable.) Also, Darryl complains to the camera about how he’s felt tired all day. This seems like it would be foreshadowing, but it never comes up again. Unless it’s slow burn foreshadowing, like Christian’s tennis shoes appearing in the first scene of Lost.
