Maria comes up with the “Groupie Thrust”. Nikki silently says a prayer to her angry God. They continue to come up with goofy exercises that probably have dubious fitness value. Seriously, they are breaking Nikki’s heart here. She’s going to have to go home and do penance just for being in the room. Even the things that are actually exercises are well, all Rock-Solided up. Push-ups? No, they’re “Tour Bus Thrusts”. By the way, I don’t think the word “thrust” is as inherently hilarious as Rock Solid thinks.
