Celebrity Apprentice: Season 3, Episode 7

Summer and Curtis go to the fitness center while Holly works the phones and tries to bring in some donors. I get that this is part of it, and one of my best friends has a job as a fundraiser, but I never like watching these scenes. Unless they’re calling somebody famous and/or hilarious. Like Piers calling Gordon Ramsay in Season One. Otherwise, you’re just putting people on the spot. I know it has to be done and it’s for a good cause, but I’m always uncomfortable seeing it happen. Oh, also there’s a lengthy shot of one of their computers, which has Celebrity Apprentice wallpaper. Are they doing product placement for themselves? Because I don’t think that’s how marketing works. By definition, the people watching Celebrity Apprentice are people who don’t need to be reminded of the existence of Celebrity Apprentice.
