Back at the task, Holly is working on her PowerPoint presentation. (True fact: Microsoft Word flags it as misspelled unless you capitalize that second ‘P’. Synergy! And yet, it still doesn’t accept “cyborg”. That word comes up in my writing more than you might think.) Curtis asks if he can leave so he can have dinner with this buddy from Australia – Holly lets him go, but she’s really passive-aggressive about it. At this point, all Curtis is really doing is watching her type statistics about autism, so it’s not like this is going to break her. (Did anyone else find it odd that his friend was inviting people to the dinner where he asked his fiance to marry him? Is that an Aussie tradition to have an audience for that moment?–Myndi)
