Holly calls her drink “Compassion Berry”, since it’s passion and strawberry. She actually has to explain it to us, since we can’t be trusted to understand a portmanteau. You know, like “Croissanwich” or “Benry”. They decide they’re going to taste-test two versions, one with basil and one without. Does that seem weird that they’re putting basil in a drink? It’s like Wylie Dufresne territory here. Maria thinks it’s a mistake not to have two completely different drinks to test, but Holly doesn’t listen because why start now?
