Celebrity Apprentice Season 4 – “Are You Talking About, On This Planet?”

Lil Jon wraps up the meeting by telling the execs, “You’ve got to make it hip, so the average person wants this frickin’ video phone”.  I’m willing to bet most pitches to clients don’t include the word “frickin’”.  Although it would make Mad Men more hilarious.  “Lucky Strikes.  Better because they’re frickin’ toasted.”

Next, the execs meet with ASAP.  We don’t see the beginning of the meeting, but I have to assume their first words to NeNe were “Jose Canseco, huh?  What’s with that frickin’ guy?”  They stress the importance of bringing out emotion, and that’s when everybody realizes that the Dionne ad is not going to work.  I think Dionne brings out an emotion, just not one that’s going to sell telephones.  Yelling at my TV is an emotion, right?  And man, Dionne is not happy about this news.  She silently plots to make them all into a stew.
