Farouk visits both teams, and since nobody has insane questions, they just cut back and forth between his visits to Backbone and ASAP. He emphasizes that their dye is ammonia-free and that he loves America. He even says “Be safe, Be beautiful, and Buy American”. Clearly, Farouk does not know that he’s on the show fronted by a guy who will go on to publicly question (and in fact, directly challenge) the citizenship of the President of the United States. It is an uneventful set of meetings.
And now, in the fakest scene ever faked, Trump is in his office doing paperwork, when his secretary tells him “LaToya Jackson is here to see you”. Thank God this was the day that Mark Burnett had cameras in Trump’s office to shoot some B-roll footage, right? Anyway, LaToya doesn’t think she should have been fired because there was no good reason. Lady, it’s been eleven seasons – you think Trump’s going to start requiring a good reason to do things now? LaToya says that Star was trying to sabotage her, and she wants to come back. Trump says he’s never done that before, but the answer isn’t “no”, and he’ll give her an answer soon.
