Dancing with the Stars: Performances, Week 6 (Apr 14)

Chuck Wicks and Julianne Hough (22/30) – Thanks to spunkyreader Lorrie who let me know that Julianne won an Academy of Country Music Award last week. She’s good at everything, isn’t she? Like, I feel like she could write a bestselling mystery novel or beat Halo 3 on the first try. Chuck is afraid of messing up the Rumba because he doesn’t want people to think that they don’t have chemistry. We actually see them go on a date, which I feel like I shouldn’t be watching. As for their dance, well Julianne is awesome as ever. Chuck’s better than we’ve seen him, but I feel like he’s just ticking off the steps in his head rather than interacting with the dance. If his partner were anybody but Julianne, I feel like he’d just be a disaster. This, though, turns out pretty well.
