As the stars and their partners enter, Edyta is wearing a COAT, of all things. Why do I think there’s little more than a g-string under there? Kate Gosselin mouths “Hi, kids!” as the camera pans across, and Pam Anderson is playing up her designated floozy role already, with her bedhead and attempting to french her partner like it’s last call. Only one hour and 55 minutes to go tonight! Tom calls them the “most talked about cast ever” for a second time. Oh, hey, the red room is now more of a silver room, and it’s just beyond the audience (Tom calls it “the celebriquarium”), so the stars will do their interviews with Brooke there and hang out amongst the crowd once they’ve danced. They sure seem to have monkeyed around with a lot of things this season, huh? Even when the scores are tallied, there’s a chyron for that at long last. It somehow reminds me of the scoring on Dance Fever back in olden times. Brooke probably told them she didn’t want to have to do math on live TV, and really I can’t fault her for that. Right out of the gate, Brooke is a better interviewer than Sam, in my humble opinion.
