Nicole Sherzinger and Derek Hough–Does Derek ever get someone who is not a hottie and/or a ringer? Even Shannon Elizabeth, who was kind of a dolt, was hot enough that she stuck around for a while on looks alone. The fact that Nicole is esssentially a burlesque dancer by trade is really not fair. Plus, she was just a younger Paula on that Acapella singing show over the holidays. Part of me wants to see Derek’s ego knocked down a peg, even though I’m a fan, but the smarter part of me knows they’ll be around a long while. (Fun Fact: She’s the only Pussycat Doll who actually sings. I probably shouldn’t know that. — EJ)
