Brandy and Maks (29) The Bickersons swear they’ve found some common ground this week, and apparently hypnosis is involved. Their waltz is intense and dramatic and perfectly lovely. Bruno says she was immersed in the character, and the dance was like a poem. Carrie Ann was spellbound, but wants Brandy to elongate her neck. Len says he was overwhelmed by the whole thing.
Their instant cha cha cha (28) to “Teenage Dream” is fun and sharp and precise if not the most jam packed with content. Bruno loved it. Carrie Ann was surprised with how long they took to get started and Maks gets WAY defensive with her. Carrie Ann shoots daggers through clenched teeth. Len gives them some praise, but after Tom asks, he says he does agree with Carrie Ann. Maks most certainly does not and everyone argues about the definition of “instant”. The typically awkward backstage banter with Brooke is now awkward on more levels, with Maks going on a bit of a rant about how hard the pros work each season.
