Dancing with the Stars Season 9, Results Week 1

For tonight’s “Stars of Dance” performance, it’s the Broadway cast of The Lion King.I know they’ve been doing this for 12 years or so, but some of those costumes are really cool.It’s a fun performance, even if the baby Simba puppet freaks me the hell out.That thing ain’t right. (I loved every second, as did the kids!  Still so impressive.–Myndi)

Time to save some more couples.Melissa Joan Hart and Mark are safe, as are Joanna Krupa and Derek.Joanna has already lasted longer than she did on Superstars.Debi Mazar and Maks are also safe, and I’d already forgotten she was on the show.That leaves Macy Gray, Kathy Ireland, and Kelly Osbourne.I’d say Kelly’s pretty much a lock to move on at this point, though.
