Mark Dacascos – You guys, they don’t mention this on his bio, but Mark played Sensei Ping on The 
Middleman. The master of the Clan of the Pointed Stick! The only man alive who can teach the Wu-Han Thumb of Death! Oh man, I’m going to be voting for him. He’s also The Chairman on Iron Chef America, which is fairly awesome. I can’t really tell if dudes are hot, but he’s hot, right? Anyway, he’s also a martial artist, which seems like a compatible skill set. He could be the new Gilles Marini or Cristian de la Fuente – the guy nobody’s ever heard of who ends up rocking the competition. Plus, Dacascos knows the lost art of Pain’s River, so he’s a winner in my book. His partner is Lacey Schwimmer, who neither I nor the judges especially care for. I don’t think America hates her or anything, but she will not be doing him any favors in terms of garnering votes. I’m rooting for him, though!
