Kristi Yamaguchi, Olympic Gold Medal figure skater, paired with Mark Ballas. Well, Mark got a woman out of the deal last season (his partner Sabrina Bryan) so, they gave him a married lady this go-round. I don’t think we got to see what he could really do, since they were shown the door way too early. Kristi is another “star” with essentially a dance background, except on skates. If it worked for Apolo Anton Ohno, whose sport has no artistry involved, I’ve got to imagine Kristi will go far. One thing we know for sure is that she’s comfortable with the whole judging process.
