Next up is a dance-off between Rick Fox and Kurt Warner. There’s a video where they trash-talk one another. I like these guys! But also, it means we get more Cheryl and Anna. They are dancing to “Eye of the Tiger”, and they’re each doing a really good job. This is the kind of fun stuff I love in a finale. (True fact: My husband and I entered our wedding reception to this song.–Myndi) At the end, the two athletes face off on the floor and chest-bump, then they toss their partners to one another. Oh man, that was awesome. Tom asks Kurt and Rick who they think will win, and he jokes that everybody dodges this question. Rick says it could be anybody, Kurt says it definitely won’t be Bruno, and Tom is tickled. These season finales are always a blast. And Anna looks totally adorable in her off-brand Cardinals cheerleader uniform. That cleared the palate nicely after Hasselhoff’s furry moobs.
