So, who’s the encore? But, of course, the dance that has gotten the highest score of the season so far…Donny & Kym’s Argentine Tango! (Is this the first time that the group dance wasn’t the encore? – EJ) I don’t know if they were maybe holding back a bit, but I’m not as impressed tonight. Some of his kicks aren’t all that precise and he looks less intense. I’m not so sure Kym’s dress didn’t score them a couple of those points. Going to commercial, we’re teased with a group shot of all the pros backstage, readying for the Jackson tribute. Apparently, contestants have danced to 17 Michael Jackson songs in the history of the show. (And yet, only one song by Europe in all that time. Who’s the real victim here? – EJ) We’re going to get reflections by the pros throughout the hour. First, Louis talks over he and Monique Coleman dancing to “ABC” back in season 3 about how MJ opened doors for people wanting to try something new.
