There’s a filler montage with everyone assessing how each other performed. It’s all pretty standard except for the further subplot of Lacey evidently hating Mya (“Of course, Mya was good.”) I’m guessing these two don’t routinely grab dinner post-show. Wow. Now, Tom’s ready to start saving people. He’s got the top three scorers out on stage. Lacey’s rocking a bitchface and Tom calls her on it, saying, “Don’t make that face! You’re safe.” Donny & Kym and Mya & Dmitry are also safe, which is as it should be.
Another MJ reflection, this time from Mark, who danced to “P.Y.T” with Shawn Johnson in season 6. He talks about how great it felt to do his moves and dance to his music, since he was an inspiration.
