Full disclosure: I have adored John Stamos since he was Blackie on General Hospital, right through the Full House years, and thought he was great on ER. I was crushed when it turned out him being on the show this season was a rumor. Hopefully, his appearance tonight is a good sign for next season. Mike Love starts singing “California Girls” with Ashly, Cheryl and Ana coming out with Damien, Maks and Louis. “Kokomo” is next and all I can think of Tom Cruise and Elizabeth Shue under a waterfall. John’s on bongos now. Mike Love’s voice is sounding rough. The band goes into “Fun, Fun, Fun” and John’s moved to guitar. They finish strong. And the camera knows I would appreciate another shot of my Stamos to wrap things up.
