FlashForward 1-9: “Believe”

Aaron’s cleaning up around the house when his cell rings – Tracy’s sleeping on the couch, so he speaks quietly. It’s Mark, and he’s done some research on Jericho – he knows where they’re based, but any more is above his security clearance. It seems to me like Mark has minimal security clearance. Olivia’s phone rings while he’s talking, and he looks at it to see that the text message “Mark was drinking in his Flash Forward” has popped up. I don’t really get that – does somebody keep sending her the message, or did she save it as part of her phone’s display? I’m sure it makes sense, but I don’t believe in text messages, so I feel left out. I mean, I believe that they exist, I just don’t send them.
