FlashForward 1-9: “Believe”

Mark confronts her about the text – she admits that she doesn’t know who sent it. He wonders why she didn’t mention it, but they’d already talked about it before she had the chance to bring it up. She doesn’t think the text itself is a big deal.

At the hospital, Olivia tries to send Bryce home – he’s pale and shaky, and then he almost falls over. He finally comes clean that he’s having chemotherapy and that he has renal cell carcinoma. Olivia is shocked – he’s known for a year and hasn’t told anybody. He assures her that he’s going to be fine, because now he has something to live for.
