The All-Pilot Project: “Superstars of Dance” & “True Beauty” (Jan 27)

The producers put all these people through a series of challenges, both overt and covert. The overt challenges are meant to embarrass them (a visit to a “beauty scientist” who marks them up with a pen and deducts points for their flaws), but they’re actually judged on the covert challenges. Do they read the other patients’ files when they’re alone in the exam room? If so, they lack inner beauty. Or else, like me, they have to read anything that’s put in front of them. (And it’s really just their beauty scores, not actual medical information. So, you know, not really confidential or anything.)
