Kurt–This character and his relationship with his father is handled so perfectly, I don’t really have the right words. Kurt could very easily be a caricature and his dad a one-note homophobe. But, in the hands of these writers and actors Chris Colfer and Mike O’Malley (can you believe this is the star of Yes, Dear?), the story of an out-and-proud gay teen and his wonderfully supportive dad is handled in a touching, beautiful way. The only thing I wonder is where Kurt’s getting the cash for his designer duds. That garage dad owns must be the only one in Lima!
