Glee: What I Love, What I Hate (Nov 23)

Terri ShuesterSure, she has some great lines and I really like Jessalyn Gilsig, but this character has almost no redeeming qualities.  She’s lazy, entitled, possessive and batshit crazy.  She doesn’t deserve Will.  I hope a divorce is in her near future. The Fake Pregnancy–This is the big one.  I wasn’t sure how they were going to even do this at first, but when they came up with a way to bribe the OB/GYN to fake the sonogram, I figured this would work for a few episodes.  But you can’t tell me a sensitive, involved husband like Will would go all this time without seeing his wife undress or touching her pregnant belly.  It’s just not even remotely realistic.  Now, if we’d known Terri before and witnessed her being some weirdo who never lets her husband see her naked, again, I might see how she could stretch this for a while. Maybe if he was travelling all the time, or distant to start with…I might buy it, but not this guy.  And I don’t know how she’s thinking she’s going to “deliver” without Will in the room.
