Last Comic Standing – This week, we moved into the semifinals, which means more actual stand-up comedy and none of the freak parade.(Seriously, when you show the people who dress like robots and don’t know any jokes, you’re only encouraging future unfunny people to show up next year.)And the stand-up this week was pretty darn good – they did a good job in the audition round and all of the contestants this week had their moments.The judges are funny, Craig Robinson is a likeable host who actually seems happy to be there (as opposed to Jay Mohr who always looked like he was contemplating suicide), and the contestants bring a nice mix of performance styles.Way to run a competition, guys!
