Modern Family–Oh, how we’ve missed these folks! Tonight’s three stories dovetailed nicely into one, as everyone prepared to either attend or take part in Luke & Manny’s middle school play. Cam went all Rachel Berry on the director, sneezing on him so he could take over and live out his Broadway dreams. You would think that Manny would be his biggest ally, but when Cam’s ego turns him into “Bob Fussy”, even the man-child can’t take it anymore. Part of his frustration is that goofy Luke is considered “so funny!” by the girl Manny’s in love with this week. When Luke tucks his arms into his t-shirt to imitate a dinosaur, Manny scolds him, “that’s a great way to stretch out a shirt.” The play ends up a disaster, with props moving the wrong way and Luke being stuck up in the rafters for the whole show.
