TV’s Moments of Joy 2: Electric Boogaloo (May 7-13)

4. Parks and Recreation – There’s so much to love about this show, but what got us this week is the burgeoning romance between Andy and April. Remember Jim and Pam in the early seasons of The Office? Imagine if neither of them was very bright and there was a nine-year age difference. Watching their relationship build has been a lot of fun, even if it’s occasionally heartbreaking.
