Conan – Conan O’Brien has found his groove on TBS. He’s no longer “the guy who got hosed by NBC” – he’s the guy who does a darn good talk show every night. This week saw two of our favorite recurring bits get some play. First, Will Forte returned as Ted Turner, and as always, he was riding a stuffed buffalo. This never fails to make us laugh, especially when he starts berating the studio audience. And of course, the Flaming C made another appearance. A while back, Conan teamed up with legendary animator Bruce Timm to create a superhero. And he’s the dumbest thing you’ve ever seen – basically a muscular version of Conan with a steaming oven mitt, fishnets, and sensible loafers. Later, the producers of Young Justice gave Conan a clip of Flaming C in action. What they did was take a scene from their show and replace Superman with Conan. And since Superman appeared on last week’s episode of Young Justice, that meant another Flaming C clip. (He saved a school bus this week.) We can’t get enoughof Flaming C!
