Of course, all of them are fighting for second place.For the best late addition, I have to go to Benry from Lost.I’ve never seen somebody integrate with an established cast as smoothly as Michael Emerson did with Ben Linus.His introduction opened up the Lost mythology, and as a character, he was absolutely priceless.He had so much chemistry with so many of the cast members and brought the series to a whole new level.Ben became so important, so fast, and that’s usually a recipe for disaster.But this was the perfect combination of writing and performance, and once Benry was in place, we all knew the show couldn’t go back to the way it was.
