Louie – Sure, this week guest-starred Ricky Gervais as the worst doctor in the world, but it was the second segment that really won us over this time.One of our favorite comedians and our first-ever spunkybuddy, Todd Barry, made an appearance.And it was just that – an appearance.Todd was basically a glorified extra, with only one line.But he sat in the background while Louis argued with Nick DiPaolo for a very long time.He’s dead center, and he just eats and looks annoyed throughout the whole scene.And somehow, it makes the scene twice as funny.
