Hey, it’s Oscar week! The seemingly unending award season finally wraps up on Sunday with the Academy Awards. We’re pretty excited this year, because so many of our TV favorites are up for acting awards. (And so is Batman.) James Franco of Freaks and Geeks, Homicide’s Melissa Leo, John Hawkes of Eastbound and Down and Deadwood, The Unusuals’ Jeremy Renner, and Amy Adams who started out on The Office – our most-loved shows will be well-represented.
But we can’t really kick off the weekend without a look at TV’s Moments of Joy. This week, we ended up with quite a backlog on the old DVR. We’re hoping to get caught up with Chicago Code, Eagleheart, Justified, and more this weekend. We’ll have more to say about them next week, but this time out, there’s still plenty to talk about.
