Modern Family–One of TV’s very best sitcoms is back! And it’s another episode chock full of quotable quotes and
great visual humor. Gloria and Manny had to learn to ride bikes (neither had ever learned because her mother told her that was how people got “grabbed”) and while Manny picked it right up, Gloria was, as Jay put it, a “natural disaster”. Until she came under the tutelage of Luke, who’s a whiz with a Super Soaker. It all went a little wrong, though, when Claire actually did grab her and took her bike to chase a neighborhood speeder (Jamie Gertz) who also happened to be Phil’s new client. Poor Phil was stuck: “I wish I was one of the people who thrived on leading a double life…Bruce Wayne, Peter Parker, Hannah Montana.” Cam and Mitchell, meanwhile, met a charming free spirit named Barry (James Marsden), who showed up in their hot tub saying he’d just moved in. Cam and Mitchell assumed he meant the apartment upstairs, but he had actually taken up residence in Lily’s princess castle. A hilarious scene with Cam and Barry fighting in the castle ensued. We’d love to see Barry come back some day.
