Bored to Death – This HBO comedy has been a lot of fun, and this week’s episode deserves major credit. The series was created by novelist Jonathan Ames, and while he’s been really involved with the show up to this point (including singing the theme song), he went all in with his episode. When Ray (Zach Galifianakis) went to his ex-girlfriend’s to try and win her back, he found a naked man in her bed. The man, Irwin, ended up running down the street in terror, still naked. Know who played Irwin? Jonathan Ames. That took some balls, am I right?
