So, what were our Moments of Joy this week? Well….
Saturday Night Live – It’s entirely possible that you’ve forgotten this, but Bryan Cranston is really damn funny. He showed off his comedic chops back in the Seinfeld days and his many years on Malcolm in the Middle, but Breaking Bad has not exactly been a laugh riot. Well, this week he hosted Saturday Night Live and reminded us that it’s not all terminally ill teachers-turned-meth-dealers with him. He really committed to even the silliest bits. There’s no reason why the repeated refrain “I sent a bottle of sparking apple juice to your house. Did you get it?” should have been that funny, and yet it was.
