So what made us happy over the last two weeks?
Archer – Our favorite secret agent kicked off a new season, and that’s pretty much all we’ve talked about ever since. The season premiere brought Sterling Archer and the rest of the ISIS team to Switzerland, where they were tasked with protecting a billionaire’s daughter. And for once Archer had to behave himself, because she was not only sexually aggressive (“like a slutty ninja!”), but also underage. Naturally, this meant that he kept getting caught in compromising positions through no fault of his own (“Does this look as bad as it looks?”). There were so many great moments – Archer setting a hitman on fire and then bragging about it for the rest of the episode, Pam and Malory in an awkward three-way with a potential ISIS backer, the reveal as to where Cyril spent the off-season, Gillette’s use of “Dukes!” as a profanity, the snowmobile chase, “What do they have in Switzerland? Pikemen?”… Hilarious from start to finish, and we can’t wait for more!
