Doc gives the boys money so they’ll leave him alone while he goes to see Dr. Guevara. Later, Guevara refuses to fill Doc’s prescriptions, claiming they violate even the Tijuana code of ethics. Doc tries to bribe him. Meanwhile, the boys decide they should spend their money on HELPeR, so they take him to an auto shop. The henchmen (in hilarious fake mustaches and ponchos) observe, and Speedy decides they should grab the kids. They shoot Hank and Dean with tranquilizers, but not before Dean sends out a distress signal. Brock chases them down, and they shoot him with dozens of darts that he just brushes off. He grabs Speedy by the neck and starts strangling. They continue shooting him and finally run Brock over with their truck. Even unconscious, he doesn’t release his grip on Speedy, who they end up mercy-killing.
