“It’s over. I love you, but it’s over.” – Henchman 21
Back at the prom, 24 criticizes 21 for “sleeping with the enemy”, and 21 tells him it’s over. Orpheus overhears and butts in, because ghosts are kind of his thing. But Orpheus can’t see 24. And when 21 tries to explain about Mr. Wendal, Orpheus tells him that the guy from the video was Baba Oje, and the titular “Mr. Wendal” was a homeless man. Jefferson Twilight confirms that Baba Oje is still alive, and once 21 accepts this, both ghosts disappear. He bursts into tears, collapsing into Orpheus’ arms. Orpheus and Jefferson are confused, thinking he’s sad about Arrested Development breaking up.
It’s Last Tango in Paris, not On the Waterfront.
