“I may be a crazy old SOB, but I ain’t no short-busser. I know there ain’t no such things as Hulks.” – General Treister
Hunter arrives at the secret bridge, where Treister steers the hoverquarters with an old-fashioned ship’s wheel. He’s naked, except for the American flag that he’s made into a toga. Hunter tells Treister that he’s not really a Hulk, but Treister already knows. He also know that Cardholder and Doe are double agents. We cut to the agents getting ready to assassinate Monstroso, but his body is a fake, and he’s full of armed SPHINX agents. Treister reveals that Mile High has been working for OSI all along. But now he’s walking away from it all – he’s got “the pee-pee cancer” and nothing on Earth can cure him. As he climbs into the torpedo tube, he turns over command of OSI to Hunter. As he closes the door, he reveals his hope that alien technology can cure him. The torpedo launches.
