Doc offers to give his “date” a “little Rusty Venture”, and gets slapped. The Alchemist explains that a “Rusty Venture” is a filthy sex act. Shore Leave agrees with that, but disagrees on the specifics. (We learn that Doc’s show was huge in the gay community.) They call Colonel Gentleman to settle it, but his definition of a Rusty Venture is completely different. Alchemist calls Watch and Ward – the two of them can’t even agree on what it is, and neither of their definitions matches up with any of the others. Monarch arrives at the prom just in time for a performance by Hank and Dermott’s band, Shallow Gravy. Meanwhile, Triana weighs in with her version of a Rusty Venture, and Dean goes off on her. He’s really upset, especially at the idea that she’s been giving Raven “poop handjobs”. Triana storms out.
It’s Last Tango in Paris, not On the Waterfront.
