Venture Brothers — “Perchance to Dean” Venture Bro

Before we get to the episode proper, let’s add Dermott to the Dossier.

Dermott – Hank’s new friend, he’s an equal mix of hooligan and dumbass. He’s responsible for a lot of Hank’s emerging attitude. We know that one of the regulars is his father, and that said regular hooked up with Dermott’s mother while he was “working Black Ops”. The obvious father is Brock Samson, especially considering the way Dermott gets under his skin. In fact, Dermott once identified himself as Brock’s son. However, I can’t see Brock being so unprofessional that he’s tell a civilian that he was doing Black Ops work. Personally, I think his father was somebody who would lie to impress women, which leads me to suspect Billy Quizboy. Of course, since Billy has admitted to being a virgin, this would have happened during those years that OSI wiped from Billy’s mind. Occam’s what now?
