Venture Brothers — “Perchance to Dean” Venture Bro

–Poor Dean. Looks like he inherited Rusty’s male pattern baldness. I love that he also thinks that Shrinky Dinks are evidence that he is a scientist. He mentions not being able to find “Mr. Reachy”, his stuffed giraffe. And in the attic, D19 (the failed clone), is clutching that same giraffe. He somehow survived all these years lurking through the Compound, unnoticed by all. We’ll see him talk to Doc throughout the episode, but it’s only his imagination. Doc doesn’t know he’s there. This is a nice contrast to his own father – Jonas Venture knowingly sealed a bunch of orphans in tunnels underneath the compound after a gas attack. Rusty may be an SOB, but his father could be an actual monster.
