Dr. Mrs. The Monarch, after being the focus of Season Two, mostly laid low last season. She had plenty of screen time, but the season left her largely unchanged. Other than that new costume, which is disturbingly hot. The trailers show a lot of the Monarch Family, so expect her to play a major role.
