His one real achievement was perfecting human cloning, but now his clones are wiped out, and the authorities are aware of his shenanigans. (Cloning is illegal in the Venture-verse.) On the bright side, Rusty finally started to realize that his sainted father was actually kind of a dick. He slept around, sexually intimidated his son, left a bunch of orphans to die in a gas attack, among many other misdeeds. It’s taking a while, but Doc is starting to realize that while he can’t live up to his father’s standard, neither did his father. Only time will tell if this affects his attitude at all. Doc is pretty committed to screwing up at every opportunity, though he did make an ethically defensible decision last season when he chose not to become his own brother’s archnemesis.
