The Most Awesome Thing I Saw this Week: I Also Teach Manners! (Feb 3)

At the first service, there’s a blackout which brings cooking to a halt. Of course, not much cooking gets done anyway, because the new contestants aren’t used to the pressure of Hell’s Kitchen, and very few dishes actually make it to the dining room. Colleen screws with Ramsay’s recipes, one unlucky schmuck forgets to turn the stove on, Danny actually tries to argue with Gordon and very nearly self-destructs on the spot. In short, it’s fantastic.
