THE “COME BACK TO US” AWARD – Saturday Night Live hasn’t been the same without Will Forte. SNL needs a weird guy who plays strange, unsettling characters, or else it seems too safe. Saturday nights need The Falconer, MacGruber, the Closet Organizer, the ESPN Classic guys, Tim Calhoun, Darryl Hall, and the registered sex offender. We love him on 30 Rock and as Ted Turner on Conan, and we can’t wait to see his guest shot on Parks and Recreation, but man, what we wouldn’t give for Timothy Geithner to explain the economy to us again.
WORLD’S GREATEST GRANDPAS – We totally want Ed O’Neill’s Jay Pritchett (Modern Family) to be our grandpa. He’s a gruff guy with a big heart who’ll do anything for his family. Except for actually showing physical affection. The man has his limits.
