Our favorite pilot over on Lost had one heck of a year, but two episodes in particular locked him in for this award. “The Candidate” began with Widmore locking up the Lostaways in the cages where the Dharma Initiative used to keep polar bears. Frank decided the best course of action was to kick the door open. And he damn near managed to bust open the bear cage, too. Later in the episode, Look-a-Locke blew up a submarine with the Lostaways on board. Frank, hearing the hatch giving way just let out an “Oh, hell” and a look of supreme irritation before the water blasted in and he took a section of bulkhead to the face.
