Lucky for him, and I think for us, his fans, he’s not some pariah that “Young Hollywood” will turn on, and when he and his writing staff wake up and realize how they can push the envelope in new and different ways, his show might be better than ever. And when that happens, he’ll still get the A-list guests and musical acts, and he’ll shine once again. Heck, maybe everyone will smoke and drink on the set and it’ll feel like the 70s and 80s era of Carson when Dom Deloise and Burt Reynolds would just hang out and do all sorts of crazy hijinx and stuff.
